The Card Album

With over 525 player alumni and staff from the University of Miami Football program represented, I believe my Hurricanes card collection is the most expansive in existence. It includes players that have been inducted into Hall of Fames through practice squad members and those that merely committed and walked away before the season began. Also represented are head coaches, assistants, and other staff members of the program. Along with traditional football cards, I also count similar flat collectables like pocket schedules and ticket stubs.

The Card Album is my personal collection showcase. I originally designed my first website, CardMagnet.info, from scratch in Microsoft FrontPage and used tables to organize things. The site was updated regularly 2009 to 2021. I’m proud to say that I had regular viewers from around the world, and my content was frequently in the top results on Google’s web and image results. The time came to put some new tools and ideas to use, and so TheCardAlbum.com was born.

2024 (Senior): Served as one of team’s top defensive contributors for second straight year, earning All-ACC second-team plaudits…Led Miami with 88 tackles during regular season, starting all 12 games…Added 8.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, one interception, one forced fumble and five PBUs…Served as captain and started in season-opening road win at Florida (Aug. 31), accumulating six tackles (team-high four solo), one sack, 1.5 tackles for loss, and one PBU…Served as captain and started in home-opening win against Florida A&M (Sept. 7), finishing with co-team-high five tackles (three solo), one forced fumble, and one quarterback hit … Started and finished with team-high six tackles (four solos), one tackle for loss, and two pass breakups in win over Ball State (Sept. 14)…Served as captain in road win over USF (Sept. 21), starting and delivering team-high 11 tackles with one tackle for loss and one sack…Finished with two tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss in start vs. Virginia Tech (Sept. 27)…Served as captain in comeback road ACC win over California (Oct. 5), starting and finishing with two tackles, one tackle for loss, one quarterback hit and game-sealing interception…Served as captain and started in road ACC win over Louisville (Oct. 19), finishing with four tackles, two PBUs and two quarterback hits (Oct. 19)…Started and served as captain in rivalry home win over Florida State (Oct. 26), leading Hurricane defense with seven tackles (three solos) and adding 0.5 tackles for loss and one quarterback hit…Served as captain in home win over Duke (Nov. 2), finishing with team-high nine tackles (five solos) and adding two tackles for loss…Posted team-high 11 tackles (six solo) and one tackle for loss in road game at Georgia Tech (Nov. 9)…Started and finished with 12 tackles in one of team’s most dominant defensive performances of year in home finale and Senior Day game vs. Wake Forest (Nov. 23)…Had season-high 13 tackles and started in regular season finale at Syracuse (Nov. 30).
