The Card Album

With over 525 player alumni and staff from the University of Miami Football program represented, I believe my Hurricanes card collection is the most expansive in existence. It includes players that have been inducted into Hall of Fames through practice squad members and those that merely committed and walked away before the season began. Also represented are head coaches, assistants, and other staff members of the program. Along with traditional football cards, I also count similar flat collectables like pocket schedules and ticket stubs.

The Card Album is my personal collection showcase. I originally designed my first website, CardMagnet.info, from scratch in Microsoft FrontPage and used tables to organize things. The site was updated regularly 2009 to 2021. I’m proud to say that I had regular viewers from around the world, and my content was frequently in the top results on Google’s web and image results. The time came to put some new tools and ideas to use, and so TheCardAlbum.com was born.

2015 (Senior): Served as one of Miami’s top defensive players, starting 12 of 13 games…Only non-start occured due to second-half targeting call that forced him to miss first half vs. Cincinnati…Ranked fifth on team with 50 total tackles…Ranked second on team with six PBUs…Started season opener vs. Bethune-Cookman (Sept. 5) and totaled two tackles…Had strong performance in start vs. FAU (Sept. 11), recording four tackles (two solo), one sack (8 yards) and first fumble recovery of season…Totaled five tackles (two solo), one PBU and first interception of season in start vs. Nebraska (Sept. 19)…Recorded two solo tackles in second half at Cincinnati (Oct. 1)…Missed first half vs. Bearcats due to targeting penalty incurred vs. Cornhuskers…Totaled five tackles (four solo) in start at Florida State (Oct. 10)…Had two tackles and 1.0 TFL (2 yards) in start vs. Virginia Tech (Oct. 17)…Ranked third on team and set career mark with eight tackles in start vs. Clemson (Oct. 24)…Recorded five tackles (four solo) and one PBU in start at Duke (Oct. 31)…Had one solo tackle and one PBU in start vs. Virginia (Nov. 7)…Credited with five solo tackles, 1.0 TFLs and one quarterback hurry in start at North Carolina (Nov. 14)…Had six total tackles (four solo) in start vs. Georgia Tech (Nov. 21)…Added two tackles in regular season finale start at Pittsburgh (Nov. 27)…Started against Washington State in Hyundai Sun Bowl (Dec. 26) and had three tackles, one fumble recovery and two PBUs.
