The Card Album

With over 525 player alumni and staff from the University of Miami Football program represented, I believe my Hurricanes card collection is the most expansive in existence. It includes players that have been inducted into Hall of Fames through practice squad members and those that merely committed and walked away before the season began. Also represented are head coaches, assistants, and other staff members of the program. Along with traditional football cards, I also count similar flat collectables like pocket schedules and ticket stubs.

The Card Album is my personal collection showcase. I originally designed my first website, CardMagnet.info, from scratch in Microsoft FrontPage and used tables to organize things. The site was updated regularly 2009 to 2021. I’m proud to say that I had regular viewers from around the world, and my content was frequently in the top results on Google’s web and image results. The time came to put some new tools and ideas to use, and so TheCardAlbum.com was born.

2023 (True Freshman): Enjoyed impressive debut season, leading team in carries and ranking second in rushing yards despite missing three games due to injury…Played in 10 games and had four starts…Posted 514 yards on 105 carries, averaging 4.9 yards per carry in freshman year… Had long run of 54 yards and scored five rushing touchdowns…Led all backs with seven catches out of backfield totaling 62 receiving yards…Posted two 100-yard rushing efforts in regular season…Made collegiate debut in season opener against Miami (Ohio) (Sept. 1), finishing with 76 rushing yards on nine carries, including first touchdown of career…Rushed four times against Texas A&M (Sept. 9)…Had 51 yards on 11 attempts in road win at Temple (Sept. 23)…Scored rushing touchdown in win over Virginia (Oct. 28)…Had 11 attempts totaling 47 yards and added two catches against Cavaliers…Made first start of career and delivered first 100-yard game against one of nation’s top defensive units at NC State (Nov. 4), earning ACC Rookie of the Week honors for performance…Finished with 115 yards on 23 carries …Added three catches totaling 17 yards against Wolfpack…Started at Florida State (Nov. 11) and posted 47 yards on 16 carries…Compiled another dominant performance against Louisville (Nov. 18), totaling career-high 126 rushing yards on 17 attempts with two touchdowns…Had season-long 54-yard run against Cardinals and added season-long 25-yard catch…Scored fifth touchdown of season in regular season finale at Boston College (Nov. 24), rushing for 44 yards on 12 attempts…Started 2023 Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl against Rutgers (Dec. 28) and had two carries before exiting to injury.
